I've always liked Olive Garden but I think they have definitely upped their game in the past couple of years. I love the look of the entrance way where the hostess is since they redid it. Food is better, no complaints here!
Very accommodating, server (Katy? Table 80) was very pleasant. Food was fresh and well prepared.
The soup was really good and the entrees too. It did look like they have changed their menu since we were here last year as it seemed smaller. However, the food quality is still good. The server was very pleasant so it was a nice dining experience.
We always come here to have the full experience of a good night's meal. From appetizers to dessert --- it was all awesome! The manager even came to make sure we were all set. Maggie was patient in explaining the menu --- and boxing all the left overs! Tonight was quick and satisfying. Great job guys.
Service was barely adequate. Had to ask repeatedly for water. Server brought my dinner and then 10 minutes later brought beverages. Soup was not hot. The other 2 people in my party were served their entrees about 15 minutes after mine. Though she was pleasant and acknowledged that we were waiting, she did not bring salad refill and only asked if I'd like more soup as we were paying the bill. This is a training issue.
